A Day of Respite
for Women

Exhale is a one-day immersion created for women who have been holding it all together—and are ready to gently set it down. This experience is intentionally designed as a nervous system reset, supporting your body in shifting from constant output and overdrive into safety, softness, and restoration.
Through guided breathwork, restorative movement, meditation, time in nature, and sound healing, we work with the body—not against it. You’ll be supported in releasing stored tension, calming stress patterns, and reconnecting with a steadier, more regulated rhythm from within. This is space to soften your shoulders, quiet the mental noise, and allow your system to recalibrate.

• Forest experience to ground and regulate
• Restorative movement and meditation
• Immersive sound healing session
