Exhale is a day to soften, breathe, and restore.
This one-day retreat is designed for women who are carrying a lot—and are ready for a gentle pause. Through meditation, breath, restorative movement, time in nature, and sound healing, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect, and be held in a supportive, nourishing space.
