This February, in the quiet beauty of Hocking Hills, we are gathering for something sacred.

Rooted in Love is a couples retreat created to help you reconnect, renew, and root deeper into your love. Together, you will slow down, reflect, and reconnect in nature—away from the distractions of everyday life—surrounded by intention, presence, and support.

This retreat is about more than a weekend getaway. It’s about remembering why you chose each other, nurturing the love you’ve grown, and planting seeds for the seasons ahead.

Friday, February 13 – Arrival + Opening Connection

• Arrivals and check-in begin at 5:00 PM

• Light refreshments + warm welcome

• Opening Connection Circle: introductions, grounding meditation, and setting shared intentions

• Cozy dinner together

• Evening fireside activity designed to spark closeness and reflection

Saturday, February 14 – Reconnect & Rekindle

• Morning meditation or movement for two

• Nourishing breakfast

• Guided couples workshop on communication and connection

• Nature walk or forest bathing

• Intentional downtime for rest, journaling, or shared time in nature

• Afternoon session: The Practice of Partnership – exploring balance, appreciation, and renewal

• Dinner + evening of heart-centered conversation and celebration

Sunday, February 15 – Rooted & Renewed

• Slow morning with coffee, tea, and breakfast

• Closing Circle: reflection, gratitude, and next steps for continued growth together

• Light lunch and farewell

Optional Add-On: Monday, February 16
Extend your stay for an extra day of rest, reflection, and unhurried connection — a chance to integrate the weekend’s work in quiet peace before returning home. There will be an amazing dinner for those who add on Sunday night.
